Experienced Registered Nurse needed for prep and recovery of adult surgical patients.
Permanent night shift , Monday - Friday, NO scheduled Holidays, and some Weekend on-call.
Candidates for the Experienced Registered Nurse position on The Zayed 3 Prep/PACU must maintain active RN licensure in the state of Maryland. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.The ability to work in a fast paced university teaching hospital and minimum of 2 years of recent acute care PACU, ICU, or IMC RNexperience is required .
The Nurse Clinician IIM is responsible for:
-Providing direct patient care based on the JHH nursing process, policy, procedures.
-Providing leadership and direction to RNs promoting quality and excellence of care.
-Promoting improvement in unit processes and systems to benefit patient care and achieve unit goals.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
