Day Shift


1630 Other (Please specify below) Minimum of two years experience in OB/GYN nursing. Experience in an outpatient family planning service is preferred but not required.Experience using an electronic medical record system preferred but not required Associate Degree in Nursing required

PRN hours will be primarily on Wednesdays but will vary. Nurse has responsibilities for patient care during intake/evaluation visit and during pre-op, procedure and recovery phase of care. Must be competent in administration of moderate sedation, assist in early and late gestation abortion procedures, and recovery of patients receiving moderate sedation. The nurse also has responsibility for patient education, triage, and emotional support of patient during termination of pregnancy. Seeking RNs with PACU or L&D experience. You may orient full time for a very limited period and then will work one day a week assisting the clinic to meet patient volumes.
