Responsible for providing professional nursing care according to specified physician orders and in conformance with established nursing techniques, procedures, standards and Medical Center administrative nursing policies.
The Vent Rehabilitation unit will provide the unique opportunity to work with complex medical/surgical patients, vented patients, and rehab patients. Week-end Alternative Night Shift Package: 1) Fri,Sat, Sun; 2) Fri, Sat and another week-day night shift; 3) Sat, Sun and another week-day night shift. May be off 1 WE in a six week schedule period. Staff participating in the WEA program must sign the WEA program agreement, indicating the selected WE package for a twelve month period.

Associates degree in nursing required, BSN preferred or enrolled within 6 months and completed within 4 years
Maryland RN License
AHA Healthcare Provider
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed; Works in area that may require contact with aggressive and/or combative patients
